The entire planning process is expected to last 7 months across three phases:
-
Phase 1: Discovery – Research and analysis to build a base understanding of the commercial corridors and community.
-
Phase 2: Engagement – Community and stakeholder engagement, including a pop-up at West Fest, a standalone public open house event, a digital survey, and multiple roundtable discussions with business and community stakeholders.
-
Phase 3: Implementation Plan – Based on the feedback and findings from the first two phases, an implementation plan will be developed that provides specific recommendations and action items for the Chamber of Commerce to advance.
