Tenant Application
West Town Pop Up Project is accepting new tenants for 2025! Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed as received. Apply early - spaces are available for lease starting mid-January.

Types of Pop-Ups Allowed:
​

Retail merchandise, including but not limited to, clothing, accessories, galleries, gifts, seasonal stores, and craft markets.

Nonperishable food and drink that is commercially prepackaged in a properly licensed establishment. No on-site food preparation, alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis sales.

Terms & Lease Overview
1. 2025 Lease Timeline

The Pop Up's can be rented for 4 to 6-month periods.​
2. Rent
​

1821 W Chicago Avenue is $700 per month, and 1947 W Chicago Avenue is $1,400 per month.

Utilities, water, trash, internet, and an alarm system are included in rent.
3. Financial and Insurance Requirements

We require a $1,000 Security & Damage Deposit. $500 is due at lease signing, and $500 is due 60-days prior to tenancy.

Upon receiving keys:

Insurance required: General Coverage up to 1 million, (West Town Chicago Chamber of Commerce 1819 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago IL 60622) must be listed as additionally insured.

4. What WTCC Provides​​

Complementary year-long WTCC Membership, with ongoing tertiary PR representation, access to networking opportunities, and opportunity to be involved in any applicable Chamber events or initiatives

Support with hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony

Dedicated press release and one social post to announce tenancy

Feature on Website

Access to monthly consulting sessions to discuss marketing strategies, including social media best practices

One-hour professional photography session

Support with technical assistance as business start's up and/or expands
